I have 2 shared environments, one for standard and another for premium connectors in our tenant. We would like to charge back the users based on their consumption within those environments. What will be best way to identify how much capacity a solution is using? Or in general what is the best strategy to charge back each department which bring their solutions into those shared environment?
Establish tagging and categorization practices for all solutions in shared environments.
Set up monitoring and reporting tools using the Power Platform Admin Center, Power BI, and CoE.
Automate data collection and reporting for transparency and efficiency.
Regularly review and adjust chargeback models based on consumption patterns and business need
