Hi all,

A user is receiving an error message when they try to create a new record in a Model Driven App. The error is coming from a LookUp field. I have checked the permissions and the user has the required permissions for both entities. The linked record does exist as they are able to access it in the app. What is strange is that when they are in an existing record linked to the entity they are able to click the linked record and access it, but when creating a new record they are unable to save. They are using Chrome, but the error also occurs on Edge. Any ideas?

    Hi

Did you ever get an answer to this issue?

I have a model driven app set to Offline.  All the tables are functional except one.

I can add/delete a record from the table, but I am unable to click and view the record.

I receive the same error you outline above.

I also have another app...same tables...with no offline configuration and the view is available.

I have the System Admin role.

    I am stumped...
