Hi All,
We have couple of bots published in two different environments into MS teams and working great until today morning EST hours. Both bots are not responding to any of the messages and would like to understand how to debug issue.

The same thing is happening for us, except our is deployed to web. Best we can see is that the token endpoint is throwing a 404 with the message "Bot with ID can't be found". I've recreated it in a couple of environments, so I know it's not an issue on our end. Seems like there is some faulty wiring currently in the token API endpoint.
It's the same issue for me. I have two bots. more than likely there is an outage 😞 They both are happy with the demo interface. Just not on the teams side.
do we report it to MS?
Correct have to report it so that way they can get quanity 😞

This happens everyday with me, works for 30 min then stops for another 30 min. Using teams as channel, json files as source and medium. Is that a simple service outage?
