Hi

is E5 and E3 licenses enough for my users to use powerapps built with dataverse premium connections

I have power app per app plan to build new app utilizing dataverse premium connection, the question will my users with E3 and E5 be able to use it or they need also power app per app plan ?

If your App is not being built in the new Teams Power Apps, then no.   Each user who accesses an app that uses premium features, such as premium connectors, model driven apps, custom connectors, etc.,  must have a premium Per App or Per User license.

The Per App license is the least expensive way to go.   MS Price is currently $10 per month per user for up to 2 apps.

These can be 'stacked'.   Meaning you can add on to allow access to more apps.   Once you need access to more than 6 apps that have premium connectors, you can switch to the Per User plan which provides access to unlimited Power Apps that have premium features.

    thank you

do you have any recommendation to hide the SharePoint lists which is connected to the app as I can't use the dataverse yet?

I tried to but default list view to show nothing but still not a very valid solution as the list will show on the LISTS app how can I stop the users from adding manual records to the list directly.

Short of taking their permissions away, there isn't a whole lot you can do to prevent them from adding records manually.   Even if they can't see the lists in the app, there is nothing from stopping them from going directly to the SharePoint site and adding records that way.
