Cannot publish latest version of an app

Hello

 

I have a really frustrating issue where I can see a list of versions of my app

 

Version 2 is published but I want to publish version 3

 

This is so frustrating!  There is no publish option anywhere

 

Can someone help urgently please?

 

I am using the web designer not the desktop one

    The Publish button will show immediately after you save a version of the app.  If you don't Publish it then you'll need to open that version for editing, save it again, and hit Publish.
