Hi guys,

I've created a dataflow to a Salesforce table and it keeps getting stuck with this message.

But sometimes it works!

Does anyone know where exactly to I update the credentials?

Also, I have another dataflow to another Salesforce table and that one doesn't fail...

Thanks,

Alice

Update: went to the 'Connections' tab and readded the login details. Didn't work in Chrome, but did in Edge...

    Hey Alice,

I have been having the exact same issue with my Salesforce data flow and have continued to have the issue after reauthenticating the connection. Just curious if you have continued to face this issue intermittently, or if it stopped after you readded the login details.

    Thanks,

    Kody

Actually, the issue is still happening. I opened a ticket with their support - ongoing thing.

You got it, @EMKody ! It keeps happening to me and hopefully the same solution will work for you too.

@EMKody , I got it! In the query, in the first step, "Source", make sure you add

    Salesforce.Data("https://login.salesforce.com/", [ApiVersion = 48]);
And make the Salesforce objects URL 'Production', not 'Custom'.

@AliceW you're a blessing! I will try this out in my solution today and see how it goes! I really appreciate you spreading the word 😎

@EMKody that's so sweet! Please let me know if it worked for you too - now I'm invested in the result 🙂

So, after looking, I already had "Salesforce.Data("https://login.salesforce.com/", [ApiVersion = 48])" added to my source, though with the default login URL. I attempted to use https://MYCOMPANY.salesforce.com, but it errored out when I signed in to create the connection. I did have luck using MYCOMPANY.my.salesforce.com. I am not versed enough in Salesforce yet to know the difference, but hopefully I don't come back into the office on Monday with a stack of failed dataflow emails 🤞🤞. Thanks again for your help @AliceW I will let you know how it goes!

I meant I USED to have  https://MYCOMPANY.salesforce.com... Go to the Connections and make sure you have the same ApiVersion too...
