Power App is stuck on "Getting Your Data" upon start-up

Hello,

My app is connected to a SharePoint list. It contains Forms, the Default Mode of the Forms = New. On

Everything is working fine when I pre-view in Power Apps studio, and the data is successfully submitted to SharePoint. The problem is when I "Copy link to play app". The welcome screen successfully loads but the Forms are not loading. Below is the screenshot. Can anybody help me to trouble shoot this please.

I would change the "Default Mode of the Form" to Edit.

I would find some space somewhere outside of the form and add a "New" button.

In this button's OnSelect property:

NewForm(formName)

This will only get you the field in your form to appear. There is still plenty to do to save the information, get information.
