It can't be stored on your desktop. It must be accessible through a URL (so, hosted on a website).

Alternatively @deeksha15795 you can also convert an image to base64, but I'm not sure this is supported in all channels and clients. You also need to be mindful that this may make your message much bigger, in terms of KB. Some clients don't support messages that are above a certain size.

You can use the below website to convert an image to base64 and return a Data URI format:
https://base64.guru/converter/encode/image

Here's an example of what this looks like in Copilot Studio:

If you have SVG files, you can use an encoded version of the xml that you paste after:

I tried all the methods above and none of them worked as the image doesn't load in the media block.
