PVA Chatbot topics are not included when exporting/importing a solution.

Hi All,

I am attempting to export a chatbot to a new environment. Having done this many times before, I created a new solution, added the chatbot to the solution, and exported said solution (unmanaged).

When importing the solution in a new environment, the chatbot is included and I can see the chatbot topics listed as subcomponents, however the topics cannot be seen in Power Virtual Agent. Furthermore, the error message appears "A total of X component(s) exist in the bot, but none are valid. Error code: InvalidContent."

The strange thing is, if I include an older chatbot in the solution, the chatbot is succesfully imported along with all of the topics.

I have checked over for any differences in the bots... in the new environment, the bot without topics is labelled 'preview' while the working bot is labelled 'production'. In the original environment, both bots are labelled as 'production'.

Has anyone else experienced this? It seems like a schema may have changed, and the import process is looking for a different format.

Thanks,

Kurtis

Thank you for reporting. Can you repo the error message with PVA preview?

FYI, we plan to support E2E ALM scenarios with the EO this month, and these errors should disappear.

@Kurtis - Can you please share the PVA preview and PVA production bot IDs to help with the troubleshooting?
