Updating record in List

I have created a app, i would like to be able to update a record in list using forms. at the moment i use a barcode scanner to go to the record but it seems to only pull the first record and updates the first one only. 

 

can some one help me figure out how to pull the right record in form when using a barcode scan.

    hi @Pamissah this is a three step process

     

    OnScan =

    Set(varScanned, yourBarCodeScanner.Value)

    Set(varScannedRecord, Lookup(yourSource, yourScanIDColum =  varScanned)

     

    Now you have the record

    Updating it will be patching that record.
