Unable to Enable "Optimize for Voice" in Copilot Studio

Dear Support Team,

I am encountering an issue where the "Optimize for Voice" button in my Copilot account is not getting enabled. 

I need this feature to create a chatbot with text-to-speech (TTS) capabilities.

Could you please guide me on the following:

  1. The requirements or prerequisites to enable this feature.
  2. Steps to troubleshoot or activate the "Optimize for Voice" option.
  3. Any permissions or configurations I need to check in my account.

    have you tried to recreate the agent via Voice template? See here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/voice-build-from-template.

    I'm not getting the Voice template in the Copilot Studio Home Page. If possible please guide me how I can view the Voice template ?

    you'd need to click "See more" button to the right. :-) You should see the template there.

    I tried "See more" option but still Voice template option is not available. Screenshot is given below for your reference:
