Hello Team,

I have a sharepoint list having the below structure (this is just an example, in reality, there are around 20 columns)

What I want is in powerapps , all of these options comes as a dropdown and against it, is a text input to enter the values. Then if the user again need to add the value for some other option, user clicks on "+" icon and a new line is displayed where user can enter the details.

After entering the details , user clicks on save button which then will save the value in above columns in sharepoint list.
