I work at an orthopedic office, and I have created a bot to help employees schedule patients in my clinic. I am making the bot available to them via Teams on 10/10/23. I have a team of about twenty people who will be using it. Is there a large chance that the bot will experience issues on launch day? If so, what are some actions I can take to avoid issues such as slow response times or lagging. I appreciate your input!
