Audit history in Dataverse table -Only Administrator and environment maker able to see the link from three dots on a record

We have a requirement to enable all users to see the audit history for an entry in Dataverse table. We enabled the audit history at environment and table level. Only admin is able to see the audit history.

could you please help in creating a new role which will let all users who have access to the power apps see the audit history link.

Its a Security Role privilege, configure a Security Role and it is at the bottom of the Core Records tab
(the one in the screen shot below - the green circle is what you want, the privilege below that one you probably don't want but it gives access to the Advanced Settings Audit Summary)
