Version 3.23061.21 components no longer support "Self" operator

Hello. I have an app that was saved in version 2.23055.16 without errors. I opened my app in the editor and I get many errors complaining about component properties not available in the current scope. The current version, 3.23061.21. Version 2.23055.16 is no longer available to revert to.

It appears that the component no longer recognizes the Self operator, as removing references to "Self" seems to solve the error. However, this is no good because this component makes many self references, and hard-coding them leads to tedium and error in replication, and is just plainly wrong.

Note that I didn't appear to have any problems when saving in the new version with the errors (they were not errors to begin with), but am worried to continue doing anything while the editor registers errors.

So, are these errors real? If so, are they going to be fixed, or should I just go punch myself in the face?
