I would like to list in Gallery 1 the Unique Order, VCode, DateOfOrder from the below datasource

Use following formula:
Distinct(<Data Source Name>,Order>
More reference: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/functions/function-distinct
Distinct function will provide unique items.

AddColumns(GroupBy(Sort(TestAkshay,Modified,Descending),"Title","StatusGrp"),"ID",StatusGrp.ID,"Modified",StatusGrp.Modified)

i need VCode, DateOfOrder column too...

ShowColumns(Distinct(<Data Source Name>,Order>),"Order","VCode",DateOfOrder)
distinct return a result column. ONLY
ShowColumns is not including the
"VCode",DateOfOrder
