Form Processing Model - Predict common data service doesn't show up in Flow

I have built a form processing model and want to use it in a flow. The documentation here shows that you should use Predict - Common Data Service. When searching in flow, that does not show up as an option (see below). The documentation for common data service in flow does not show predict as an option. I feel like I am missing something simple here.

    Hi @Anonymous,

In order to use the predict action, you will need to create the flow inside a solution. This page will explain you how to do it: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-flow-solution

As well as creating the Flow in a Solution you need to make sure you also use the correct CDS connector. There are 2 of them: Common Data Service and Common Data Service (current environment). Use the Common Data Service (current environment) connector.

This article explains more about the difference between these connectors if you are interested https://dynamicscitizendeveloper.com/2019/11/27/power-automate-flow-connectors-for-dynamics-365/

    Hi Joe,

I already added my flow in the solution as the instruction that we create a flow in solution, and I cannot see the predict action in common data service. Please help to solve this solution

    Thanks

    Hi @remixcastle,

If you create a flow inside a solution and search for Predict, the predict action should appear like this:

You can also start from one of the AI Builder flow templates: https://us.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/search/?q=ai+builder
