Hi community,
I have 2 very similiar products that are differentiated by a character "+". The name of first product is "Machine" and the other is called "Machine+". Whenever I entered to ask for more information about "Machine", "Machine+" information will be shown sometimes but that is not what I wanted. How and what should I add into the topic phrases to ensure that the correct topic will be shown?
I would try using a custom regex list entities, so the format of the phrase you select will branch the conversation accordingly.
