Dataflow error and Support frustrations

I have submitted 3 support tickets (1st one disappeared, second got no response after submitting multiply emails and getting the same response with ticket #3.  Over 3 weeks, 15 emails and a delayed golive and feel like I'm getting ghosted every time.  Here is the issue: 

 

What am I trying to do?

Building a DataFlow taking data from the source environment, which is our current Production environment, to a target environment which is currently in Sandbox but scheduled to become our Production Environment (was scheduled for 1/2/24 but has since been delayed due to his issue). 

 

Issue I am having.

I have attempted to connect two separate activities tables- system table “Booking Alert” to system tables “Booking Alerts” and systems table “Tasks” to system table “Tasks”. 

 

Booking Alert error:

Task Alert error:

Background:

  • Please note this is my first Dataflow so it could very well be a training issue. 
  • I believe the issue may be with the “regarding field” which is the cr8ef_client/contact lookup field.  In the source env this is a custom created table and in target env I used the system table.
  • We do not have any “customer installed plug-in” everything is Microsoft.
  • In the tasks dataflow I added in the client table even though the table is already in the target environment with resulted in the same error.
  • Have made very limited/no changes to the PowerQuery. 

Any suggestions on how to get this escalated from within the Power Platform Support Team as no emails are being replied to or suggestions on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Another week and no response from Microsoft. Any suggestions on how to escalate this?  Was thinking of submitting a 4th ticket.  Can't even get a "Still working" response.
