Advanced/legacy settings showing blank page

Hi everyone,

I created a sandbox environment to create a Power Pages website. For me to access real-time workflows, I need to access the advanced/legacy settings.

However, accessing it through portal management -> gear icon -> advanced settings or environment -> settings -> resources -> all legacy settings, the resulting settings was this: (see screenshot)

Can anyone suggest what to do with this type of issue? Thank you so much.

try using the make.powerapp.com interface, make sure your environment is selected in the top right and then try to do it in a Solution (left hand side menu), inside the solution do Add New (or Add Existing) and choose Automation/Processes (if you just want to look at something you can use the Default solution)
