Making data card visible when another data card value is selected

Hi friends!
What I'm looking to do is fairly simple...
When DataCardValue34 equals TA Above Markets Global Hiring Process, I want Global Requisition Number_DataCard5 to become visible.  Here is the formula that I have in the Global Requisition Number_DataCard5 Visible Property:
If(DataCardValue34.Selected.Value = "TA Above Markets Global Hiring Process",true,false)
 
However, when I test the app and make the applicable selection in DataCardValue34, the DataCard is not showing up.
 
Any ideas on what I am missing here or other things I could try?

    Hi again - I solved the issue - I needed to enter the formula in the visible property for the key and value of the data card in addition to the data card itself.  Thanks!
