Power App mobile app stuck to left-top of screen on PC and Mobile

Hello.

I am following a course on udemy, creating a mobile app in power apps. Even though the instructors app works fine and i have gone through the settings multiple times, tried finding the solution on google and used different browsers, i am still stuck with this problem. I realy hope someone in here can help me.

Settings:

The app is created as a mobile app. I am using the follwing display settings.

The problem:
When i enter play mode (using window sized) or use the app on my mobile phone, the whole screen is stuck in the top left corner and some elements are stuck on the bottom of the window. I have seen some old posts in here mentioning turning of "Optimize embedding experience", but does not seem to be available anymore (i cant find it). If i run it in canvas mode, it works fine. But it seems to be working fine for my instructor when he plays it in windowed mode.

    Hi @SebRin,

Scale to fit and Lock aspect ratio are turned off. This means that your app will behave fully responsive - taking up all the width and height possible. It seems that only a part of the exercise has been designed with responsiveness in mind.

In case you want to build an app purely on mobile without having to worry about responsive design, you can enable both settings again. Should you want to keep the responsive design, you can change the preview mode of your app by (1) selecting the desktop screen in the upper right corner when previewing and (2) selecting 'Canvas Size':

(Your can learn more about responsive design here.)

If this solves your question, would you be so kind as to accept it as a solution & give it a thumbs up.

    Thanks!

    Hello @SebRin
It seems like your canvas is spread across the screen because some elements have different width sizes. It is normal that when you start your application on a desktop that the screen is pulled apart like so:

Probably the width properties of your elements rely on each other. Try to check all of your elements width properties and make them calculated in respect to the display or its parent.

If all of that is not the case then you can also try to change the browser ideally you want to use MS Edge.
