Unable to consent the app

Dear Team

 

i am facing an issue with user consent option when permission is granted. I have added all the necessary permission to the app and the SharePoint list. i also have bypassed the user consent request through PowerShell. but still users are getting consent popup, but they are unable to allow this and the allow button is disabled. any ideas.

    You can't bypass consent anymore. Microsoft changed something recently and that powershell command no longer does anything, other than say the policy was successfully applied.
    You should consider looking isolating your connections, I can see there's a scroll bar with more. Do you need two different connections for SharePoint? Might be worth it to condense any connections down to a single reference first. Then deleting, re-adding any connections that are still having issues.

    Is there any difference between those users except that they exist longer?

     

    Have you tried sharing another app with them and always just adding one of the connection to identify which one is causing the trouble.

    Yes privileges have been checked and OK. I remove the permission and readded but still it is showing the same consent popup. to give a better understanding, even the new users who have been permissioned getting the same problem. the old user with access has no issues. and the current scenario, old user who had no issues and it is started recently.

    Okay so it's just one user who has the problem. I thought every user had the problem. 

     

    Does he have all the necessary privileges?

    It is one drive for business only. There are totally 10 users permissioned this app. 9 users are able to work without issues, and this user has a problem. i do not know what is wrong.

    Could you make sure, that you need to use One Drive and not One Drive For Business.

     

    One Drive for Business is a Shared storage, One drive is  a personal Storage. That could be the connection Blocking you.

    It is sharepoint connection, Office365 Users connection and One drive connections.

    What kind of Connections are you using?

    yes. consent is bypassed. but it is still asking us for consent and there is no allow button

    Have you tried to Bypass the consent?
