What was the isv code aborted the operation 0x80040265 failure message while deleting records using bulk delete job in power apps

Hi folks, I had done deleting records of some particular entity in power apps. but after completing the bulk delete job it seems to had some failures and by checking error messages on that failure cases(records). it shown like below error message isv code aborted the operation 0x80040265 I have no idea and clue with this error message and over the second iteration of the same bulk delete job the records where deleted successfully what was this error message ? why it happened on bulk delete job?

@Anonymous, I haven't seen this error before. Make sure that you don't have any parental relationship with type restrict delete.

I have checked the relation but there is no restricted behavior on it and also same was deleted through the next iteration which ensures that there is no restrict relation related isnt it?
