Call a flow in Power Apps for team

Hi community,

I am trying to build a canvas app in teams. Is it possible to trigger a flow when a button is selected? The flow should communicate with a SQL on prem.

Hi @anibra ,

You will be able to create flows in the same environment as of your app:

However, using SQL Server connector requires a premium license.

Please see my screenshot below:

Once added you will need to go to the OnSelect property of the button and pass any parameters from the app to the flow or just add a closed bracket to call the flow.

Your Power Automate Flow trigger will then be PowerApps.
