I am trying to load some blobs from our Azure Storage account to CDS entities. The blobs are plain old CSV files. When I try to load the CSV blobs from Azure Storage with valid SAS read tokens, I get an error on the screen and can't proceed.

Here are the steps to reproduce this problem in my Trial environment:

Go to https://web.powerapps.com and login, enter my environment
On Data/Entities screen, click Get Data button
Choose Text/CSV file source
Provide the blob URL with SAS token in the "File path or URL" box. Since it is Azure Storage and SAS token is provided, I chose no gateway and Anonymos authentication. Example URL: https://myaccount1.blob.core.windows.net/a/b/c/encounters/Encounters%20All.csv?st=2019-02-05T16%3A33%3A00Z&se=2019-02-07T16%3A33%3A04Z&sp=rl&sv=2018-03-28&sr=b&sig=%2BO*********%2Fa1yLnk%3D
Click next. I get this error: "An exception occured: DataSource.NotFound: Excel Workbook: The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine. The 64-bit version of the Access Database Engine 2010 Access Database Engine OLEDB provider may be required to read this type of file. To download the client software, visit the following site: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=285987. (Session ID: b06c3a4a-f4a0-4a6e-b6d4-ff63a28bc775)"
But the problem is there is no way for me to install the provider on the machine - it is Microsoft managed, isn't it?

I have tested to load the same CSV files from my OneDrive for Business (i.e. from the "File path or URL" box, browse to my OneDrive and choose the CSV files, and use my organization account for authentication) to CDS without a problem, so the CSV files themselves are good.

Please let me know how we can solve this problem, or what the "correct" way is to load CSV blobs to CDS.
