Adding OCR or Qr scanner into the PVA

hi everyone

 

anyone tried adding a OCR function to the chat bot or maybe QR scanner to it? or anyone done something similar ? i'm looking for a solution where the chat bot can actually get the files based on the user scanned information or OCR  result
