Hi all,
I've recently built an app that has scrolling features in it. The app is embedded in a Power BI Report.
When the scroll bar is activated in Chrome, it is an ugly, 90s format.
The exact same app shown in Edge renders correctly.
Is there any way to resolve this? It feels like poor development considering how many people and businesses use Chrome.
Thanks
Kaycee
No @LPLPowerAppUser - I also spoke to people who work in Power Apps often and so far as my research went it was "That's just how it is"
1 - Check and ensure the zoom setting on your Chrome browser is set to 100%
2 - Now relaunch the Power App

I was wondering the same as suggested fix is:
- Play around with the scaling settings:
Change screen size and orientation of canvas apps - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn
-Clear cache.
Did you ever fix it?
Thanks @Robu1 for your quick response.
What I'm unclear about is if the scroll bar pictured in the image above is what is considered the 'normal' view in Chrome? It isn't excessively oversized or undersized, it's just ugly and not in keeping with the design (even when that design is completed in Chrome!).
I have changed a lot of display settings in the past as per your link, but nothing has ever seemingly changed the scroll bar - and often resulted in the broader report rendering quite poorly.
Thanks again for your help.
Hi @KayceeInMel ,
The appearance of scrollbars can indeed vary across different browsers. In the case of Chrome, you’re right that the default scrollbar style might not be the most visually appealing. However, there are ways to improve this and make it more modern.
Here is an existing solution:
