How to Implement Nested Repeating section in Power Apps

How can I create and manage a nested repeating table in Power Apps with SharePoint as the back-end data source, including adding and removing rows dynamically?  Similar to attached image.

    You can place a Gallery inside a Gallery.
    Then on your inner gallery place the controls you want and the Add would be outside the gallery
     
    Same for the outter gallery, the add new should be outside of it but you can build exactly what you have.
     
    P.S. please try to avoid posting in multiple places as it doesn't help the forums
