Greetings,
I've figured out how to filter a table using the Web API. Now I would like to learn how to count the number of records returned from the filter.
How can I count the number of rows returned? I'm sending HTTP requests because that is what I'm familiar with, but if there is another way of getting the number, I'm open to learning that too.
Thanks,Shane.
Hi @CShaneGoodman ,
Have you tried to look at FetchXML instead? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/data-platform/use-fetchxml-aggregation
It is limited to 50K records but hopefully this would meet your needs.
Hello @CShaneGoodman,
You need to user Paging to get more than 5000 records,
Suggestion from my End :
1. Trigger flow and get the Items : https://softchief.com/2021/12/11/retrieve-more-than-5000-records-from-dataverse-or-dynamics-365-in-power-automate-using-fetchxml-paging/
2. Use FetchXML/Query Expression and Use Paging to get Data : https://softchief.com/2021/08/04/read-more-than-5000-records-in-console-app-using-paging-and-cookies-in-dynamics-365/
