Connector Issue to Salesforce - Connector is validating the connection but does not connect

Hi there

I have built several agents with a connection "Get records" Connector to Salesforce. One of the three agents is working smoothly. the second agent is not able to connect with the connector to salesforce. in the tools page he is correctly connected but when I click on manage connections he connects to salesforce and the green checkmarks come up and after i click on submit it quickly refreshs and goes back to not connected.

I tried to import the agent several times and delete the whole solution - did not work

I checked the DLP here we have allowed the Salesforce Connector to be used

I checked the Security and API's in Salesforce they are also allowing the Agent to use or to connect to Salesforce.

I also then tried to open it in a in private browser to see if the login was not working good. nothing helped.

Do you guys have any Idea why this is happening? All user at the company have the same issue. Ah BTW I have admin rights on both Power Platform and Salesforce.

Hi @DW-31070831-0

Can you please provide pictures of what you are saying. Just reading words is so difficult when you get the UI to look at and I do not. Please share more.

Also, go to the Flow that is used. Do you see an error there?

Also, go into Connections and see if you have any failed Connectors

Did you share the Connector or does everyone require to login to use it?

Hi there thanks for replying:

The image is uploaded here: I first go in my agent to the manage connections, then I connect all tools - i get a validated connection and then i click on submit. After clicking on submit the connection gets revoked.
