There is a draft with CoPilot next to every text input in Power Apps Canvas Apps. Please instruct me on how to disable this feature.

I have the same question (0)

You can disable it at the environment level here

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/user/form-filling-assistance#turn-off-form-fill-assistance

You can disable it at the tenant level, but this is applicable only in preview, and you will not be able to do it after GA. You need to contact support once it's in GA.

This does nothing for me - it's disabled at the environment level and still DRAFT WITH COPILOT is hanging around everywhere. Users need an extra click to even see what's behind it.

Please stop shoving Crap pilot up our noses, this is as annoying as can be.

Actually, I see the article mentions this is for model-driven apps. I need it gone for canvas apps. Doesn't seem to be anywhere to do that.

    @Venn

I know this can be challenging.

Did you implement the change at the tenant level?

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/ai-overview?WT.mc_id=ppac_inproduct_settings#enable-or-disable-copilot-preview-in-power-apps

If it is not working for you, you might need to raise a Microsoft support ticket.

OK, I'm with the OP here. I have created an online test for students which then goes through a lockdown browser. However, now because of this feature, kids can "cheat" in the Text boxes. There is no way to turn it off. The Learn link you provided is no use to me either as it does not show the Toggle for the Draft in Copilot feature.. My tenant admin has turned it off in the back end but to no avail. Is there any other way I can get around this in a short time frame?????

To disable the Draft with CoPilot feature in Power Apps Canvas Apps, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the Power Platform Admin Center:

    2. Select the Environment:

      • Choose the environment where you want to disable the CoPilot feature.
    3. Access Settings:

      • In the left navigation pane, select Settings.
    4. Disable CoPilot:

      • Look for the Copilot (preview) option.
      • Set the toggle to Off.
      • Save the changes.

This process will disable the CoPilot feature across your selected environment, removing the draft suggestions next to text inputs in your Power Apps Canvas Apps. Myaccountaccess

Thank-you for that, However, I do not get the settings option for the environment 😞 i have asked my tenant admin to turn whatever off at the top level, but that still does not work.

Did you get it fix? I have same problem on our canvas app for some users. Because the copilot box is not showing up to me, it is difficult to troubleshoot.

How to remove the "Draft with Co-Pilot" pop-up in your canvas app text boxes

NOTE: This info is accurate and works for me in my environment as of the date of this post.  This worked for me for all canvas apps in my environment.  I don't have any model apps so I don't know if it works for those.

Follow these instructions (might need global admin, not sure):

    OPEN POWERSHELL
I'm using PowerShell 7 run as admin
    INSTALL POWERAPPS POWERSHELL MODULE
    Install-Module -Name Microsoft.PowerApps.Administration.PowerShell
    CONNECT TO POWERAPPS ENVIRONMENT
Add-PowerAppsAccount -Endpoint prod (credential window popped up but it used my single sign-on and disappeared immediately)
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
REMOVE "DRAFT WITH COPILOT" POP-UP IN APPS (run both commands one after the other)
    Set-AdminPowerAppEnvironmentCopilotSettings -EnvironmentName YOURENVIRONMENTIDGOESHERE -AppDraftingCopilotEnabled $false
    Set-AdminPowerAppEnvironmentCopilotSettings -EnvironmentName YOURENVIRONMENTIDGOESHERE -CanvasAppGalleryFilterCopilotEnabled $false

Took 10 minutes or so before it worked for me.  I did not republish my apps, just kept refreshing and checking until it worked.  Might take longer for you.

The suggested answer by Michael Stach worked. After about 10 minutes my app doesn't have the annoying draft with copilot bar.
