What license for a canva app for internal use?

We really have an hesitation with licencing regarding a powerApps app using power automate premium connectors.

First Question :

The powerApps is for an internal use. All the users in our company have an Office 365 E3 Licence. In light of that fact, do we need any additionnal licencing in order to run this powerApps by our internal users ?

Second Question :

If we use an account service using a powerApps plan per application, will all users in our company with an E3 license be able to use this application? Are we going to have any problem using and launching this powerApps from every user desktop?

For your first question:

If your canvas app doesn't contain any premium connector or any premium control, the E3 license is enough.
