Model Driven App Copilot Agent fails to connect

I have a Model Driven App for which I have created a Copilot Agent. The Agent was working fine until 2 days ago where we would receive the standard "Connect to Continue" prompt to confirm with the user that they are about to connect and perform some Dataverse actions eg.

For some reason clicking on the Allow or Cancel options don't do anything now, get no response on clicking either option. FYI - This was working fine 2 days ago, and no changes have been made to the Agent up to this point.

Also experiencing the same problem in multiple other tenants so this seems like a Copilot system level issue.
 
Development console is not showing anything helpful either.
 
You can work around the issue by changing the authentication method for the Tools being used from User to Tool owner but that is just a short-term work-around for what seems like a systemic issue.
 
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I can't see any other chatter about this problem.

    Ugg so sorry for your hassles. I haven't seen that in mine so I cannot say NO one has but can we check a couple of things.
     
    Can you get one of the users you trust (ok bad wording but) someone who will share their screen. Have them go to Power Automate or Power Apps portal doesn't matter. Have them select the correct Environment. 
     
    Then have them select the More .... on the left side, then Connections.
     
    Can you please verify for me, if the connections are broken. I HAVE seen and had this myself lately where in CP, if I try to "fix" a connection it does not fix it, I wrote a post on it. 
     
    I had to manually go into the maker portal(s) and fix them there, then in CP I was finally able to authenticate my connection, essentially it's the same as clicking Allow (what I was doing versus your image), so I am curious if it's the same thing.
     
    If so... ugg, you have to fix everyone's. If not, then it would appear its either CP directly or something in your Entra is busted or changed some DLP policy or something you have no personal control of.
     
    If it's the connection problem, I do not know of any fix other than what I said, then it stopped doing it.

    Thanks for your response.
     
    I double checked the Connection sin the CoPilot settings and noticed the connection was flagged as "Stale" for some reason. On re-submitting it the status showed as "Connected" . Tried my agent again and still experience the same issue.
     
    Looking under the PowerAutomate connections settings like you suggested revealed nothing broken or new.
     
    FYI - I have tried the same test using different browsers and in incognito mode and still experience the same issue. Also checked pop-ups aren't being blocked.

    Were you able to delete the connection from connections and recreate it and it go away?
     
    I am wondering if its the Connector Updates actually less copilot. But honestly either is possible.
