Help with camera scanner app

I am trying to build a app where I scan a barcode, then answer a question on the following page. So far I have created it. However, I cannot figure out how to capture the data from the barcode, question result and send it to a data table. Is this possible?

I also wanted to track each device so I can see what device (example Scanner001) scans each barcode and question

Hi @jhutch1985 ,

So far you cannot track the device information from Powerapps.

You can get the value of a barcode control with formula: BarcodeScanner1.Value.

You can update it with Patch function to your data source. For example:

Patch(List1,Defaults(List1),{Title:BarcodeScanner1.Value,Answer:TextInput1.Text})
