Assign button JavaScript needed to flag it when someone assigns an alert manually

Hi,

 

Can anyone please help me with the Javascript for the onclick assign button on the command bar of Model driven app.

 

I need to add a flag to it when someone assigns any task/alert manually by clicking the assign button from the commanbar.
