Não consigo editar meu agente de IA

Hoje fui fazer uma edição no meu agente de ia e não conseguia entrar na minha conta do copilot studio, depois disso tive que criar um novo ambiente, o agente apareceu e não consegui mais edita-lo, tenho acesso a ele e as converas que tive com ele mas não consigo usa-lo da mesma forma e nem edita-lo

    This usually happens due to an environment or license mismatch in Copilot Studio.

    Most likely causes:

    • The agent is still tied to the original environment, not the new one you created
    • You are now in a different environment, so the agent appears but is not editable
    • Your access level may have changed (you are no longer Owner/Co-owner)
    • The original environment may be using a Viral Trial or expired setup, which limits editing and usage
     
    Correct environment selection

    In Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents are strictly bound to the environment where they were created. Switching environments can make them appear readonly

    The issue occurred because, after a login problem in Copilot Studio, a new Power Platform environment was created or selected instead of the original one where your agent was built. As a result, you can still see the agent and its past conversations, but you no longer have the correct permissions, ownership, or license context in this new environment to edit it. The onboarding screen and license prompts confirm that you are in a different or partially configured environment. To fix this, you need to switch back to the original environment and ensure you have the appropriate roles (such as Environment Maker or owner) and a valid Copilot Studio license applied there.
