Hello great people,

I have solved half of the issue with help of some amazing people here.. but im still stuck with this:

How can i make the gallery show all items? this is the formula i have :

If(varStatus="All",'Doc request', //Display all items (without any filter)
Filter('Doc request',Status.Value=varStatus)) // Display items fitered by Selected Status

How can I make all data visible even when i do not click on anything.. ?

Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

    You can achieve this by placing an OR statement when you set AllItems. When you start the app I can imagine varStatus doesn´t have a value (it is set to "Blank"). So, when you start the app and no button is selected, by default it would display all the items.

    If((varStatus="All" || IsBlank(varStatus)),'Doc request', //Display all items (without any filter)
    Filter('Doc request',Status.Value=varStatus)) // Display items fitered by Selected Status

    When you unselect all the buttons, to display again all items you have to Set the variable to blank again.

    Set(vasStatus, Blank())

    Hope this helped.

    Hi @redaelaouane ,

    Can you check what the value of varStatus is when you haven't clicked on anything? Just add one more condition to the if formula. For example:

    If(

    varStatus="All",

    'Doc request',

    IsEmpty(varStatus),

    'Doc request',
    Filter('Doc request',Status.Value=varStatus)

    Best Regards,

    Bof
