Delegation Warning - SortByColumuns

Hi I'm getting my variable underlined in blue and this warning:

Delegation Warning. The "SortByColumns" part of this formula might not work correctly on large data sets

 

I'm using this formula:

SortByColumns(TestPeople,varSort,Descending)
