How do I manage connections on the latest Power Apps interface?

I can no longer find the menu that allows me to manage data connections (refresh, delete, etc). I tried asking the Virtual Agent, but it was useless. I tried searching the Power Apps Documentation but I was also unable to find anything. This link shows the closest I got, but unfortunately, they have not updated this guide yet:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/teams/understand-power-apps-studio#7--app-authoring-menu

I understand that I could always save the app and close it, then reopen it for editing to refresh a connection, but this would be a waste of time considering how easy it was to manage with the menu previously. That also wouldn't help with deleting an unneeded connection. This is what my new developer interface looks like now:

This is what the old developer interface looked like before. For those who remember, the connections menu was under section labeled # 7 in this image, it is the 2nd to last icon:

Mini rant: Microsoft has shown a consistent habit of uselessly updating the app interface without simultaneously updating their documentation or help guides /rant.

    Hi @RodM

    I believe that the missing data panel is a bug and I get that this is frustrating.

    Maybe some of the options highlighted in the post beneath may help.

    @timl ,

    Thanks for helping. This specifically was the solution:
