Hi,
I want to upgrade the common data service. We do not have any Plan 1 or 2 subscription - just the service within E3. How can I do this? As far as I understood it correctly, a new database needs to be created in the PowerApps Admin center. Unfortunately, I cannot find any options here - just the possibility to create policies. My second try was to create a new entity, but I don't have the permission to do so. I'm the global admin of the tenant.
Any input is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Create a new Environment for your database
Make sure you are in the Default environment and then create the database, Environment Review, and Documentation
I think you are also looking for how to Configure the Environment Security, this is the documentation.
