I have a intake form for calls and one of the fields is Notes. Now all of this writes down to a SharePoint list and the Notes column is versioned so I can see if someone modifies the call record what changes are made. Now the trouble I am having is when we modify a call record the notes field drops off of the details form on powerapps but is still showing on the entry on the SharePoint list. I have to modify it a second time and re post the notes information for that to stick and show in the app. I think the version option may be causing the issue but not sure how to keep the modified records but still display the notes information including old notes that were changed/deleted in the PowerApp.
