Power App - Not able to use formula on Date time column field -urgent

I have one column with date type - date time

when Use above column in another column formula -

DateDiff('Date Observed',Now(), TimeUnit.Days)  I get error as This operation cannot be performed on values which are of different Date Time Behaviors.

Try Today() instead of Now(). Also what exactly is 'Date Observed' (a Variable?)

Formula columns are evaluated on the Dataverse side, which always happens on the UTC time zone. Now() returns the current time for the user's locale, and that cannot be compared directly with a date on UTC. For your case, you can use the UTCToday() or UTCNow() functions, which are available in formula columns:

DateDiff('Date Observed', UTCNow(), TimeUnit.Days)

I foud solution - I just needed to use UTCNow() instead of Now() in formua
