Issue with Excel Online (Business) connector – Timeout error

Hello,

I encountered this error while trying to connect and read data from an Excel file that contains two tables. Everything was working fine until yesterday. Error message: The connector "Excel Online (Business)" timed out after 30 seconds.

Error code: ConnectorTimeoutError

I have heard of others that have started to have issues with Excel Business Online in other contexts as well, so I am not sure if its an issue in the back end specifically that is being resolved.

Are you able to recreate the Connection and or Knowledge and see if the problem goes away?

Or if you want as a text, do not modify what you have yet, but instead add a secondary Tool (aka action) and see if that one works. It will demonstrate if its transient or not and then if so, and the current stays broken, I would recommend redoing it to resolve it.

Also, you can go to powerautomate.com or powerapps.com

log in

Select the correct environment

Select ... More

Select connections

and see if you have any broken Excel Connections, if so fix them and try again.
