Excel in Sharepoint

Does anyone know if there's a way to connect to an excel document that sits on a sharepoint site (teams)? I currently can connect powerbi to the excel document but would like a way for users to update the data without seeing the entire contents of the excel.

I know there are other options, but the team does manually open the excel from time to time- and ideally nonteam members could provide updates via powerapps.

To connect excel as being requested, it has to be in OneDrive not Sharepoint. So consider moving the file to OneDrive.

OneDrive is meant for personal files and not managed at a team-level.
