Want to seek some advice on 2 of my Canvas apps built which have been running smoothly until last couple of days (one for years and one for several months already).
The canvas apps are primarily connecting to multiple SharePoint Online lists, which the main records tables would contain about 6000 rows of records. We have used the [Collection of collections] (collecting every 2000 rows in the list) so that all rows can be loaded in the canvas app.
These have been running without any issue and the canvas app usually takes on average, about 10~15 seconds to complete all the loading. However, in last 2 to 3 days, the loading time required has significantly increased to somewhere between 70 - 100 seconds.
On doing the monitoring, it revealed that the longest running getRows took about 143,115ms to collect and receive 2000 rows of records.
There were no changes made to the columns of the SharePoint Online List nor the Canvas app itself. Only a few rows added over the last couple of days hence unlikely due to number of rows.
Want to ask anyone has experience this issue recently?
