Missing Connection Reference - Solution. Cannot find it anywhere. msdyn_ProjectServiceCore_Patch ???

Hi

I have tried everything here, but whenever I try to import a solution into another environment, I am getting the error message above. I have looked through everything within the original environment and cannot find the missing connection reference? 

 

Any tips?
