Unable to Create Virtual Table using Virtual Table Connector

I'm following this Microsoft Documentation.

Create virtual tables using virtual connectors (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

I'm stuck on step 11. I was able to successfully create the Entity Catalog and see the external source tables in the advanced find. When I go to create the virtual table by selecting the table record I want. Setting Create or Refresh Entity = YES. Set the primary field and select save nothing happens. No table is created, no error is shown. The form indicates the changes have been saved (red arrow). I can't find any custom tables created with the advanced find or under Dataverse -> tables.

Does anyone have an suggestions on how to trouble shoot this?

Using the new version in PowerApps online, similar problem. I am unable to save any changes to the auto generated Entity Catalog records. The wizard suceessfully created records in the new Entity Catalog table for the Sharepoint Lists I am interested in using, but when I attempt to edit the records, the "Saving" animations take place, the status indicator says "Saved" but nothing is saved.

I deleted my connection reference and created it again, and did all the steps over, and the problem was solved!
