Center of Excellence "shared with tenant"

The CoE starter kit records for each app the number of users and groups that it was shared with.

This information comes from the admin connector and can easily be used in our own flows.

 

But it also records if the app was shared with the whole tenant. How does it do that? I cannot find this information anywhere in the admin connector. The flow that records this information works with some variable "shared with", but I don't quite understand where it comes from.

 

This would be important because an app shared with the whole tenant shows "0" both for shared users and for shared groups.

    I'm not sure if you have found the answer by now, but hopefully this will still be helpful. In order to see if an app has been shared with everyone, you must retrieve the Role Assignments per app and check if the "shared type" equals Tenant:
