[Bug Report] Model Driven Apps - New Commands are added automatically to Solutions when adding an Entity

Hi,

I don't think this Forum has a Bug Section or a specific section for Model Driven Apps?
Not sure how to create Bug Reports to be quite honest, so lets try this.

Currently if you Create the new fancy & shiny Buttons (or rather Commands) for an Entity A, whenever you add Entity A to a solution, it will automatically add all the Commands and therefor (by dependency) also add the Command Library and any JavaScripts that are used in the Commands.

The old way with Ribbon customization also always includes the Ribbon Definition when adding an entity to a solution - even when selecting no columns/forms/views/etc.

Please do not make the same mistake again for Commands.

It clutters solutions and doesn't add value if you didn't want to include them.

Cheers
